Credit Repair Questions
What does Capstone Consulting Group do for credit repair?
We review your credit report, identify items that may be inaccurate, unverifiable, or otherwise disputable, and prepare dispute correspondence on your behalf. We also provide ongoing account review, progress tracking, and credit education throughout your enrollment.
How long does the credit repair process take?
Timelines vary by individual, the number and type of items being addressed, and how credit bureaus and furnishers respond. There is no fixed timeline we can promise, and results vary from person to person.
Can you guarantee my score will go up or that specific items will be deleted?
No. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific credit score increase, the removal or deletion of any specific item, or any particular outcome. Credit repair results depend on the individual facts of each credit file and the response of creditors, furnishers, and credit bureaus, which are outside our control.
What's the difference between the Essential and Premium plans?
Essential is an ongoing guided program that includes credit profile review, personalized dispute strategy, dispute correspondence preparation, and progress tracking. Premium builds on Essential with a more comprehensive one-time program that includes enhanced review, advanced dispute strategy, CFPB complaint preparation/support where appropriate, and a priority client-support experience. Full details are outlined on our Pricing and Credit Repair pages.
How do I pay for the program?
Payment details and timing are reviewed and confirmed with you directly as part of enrollment, in accordance with applicable credit repair regulations. Pricing for each plan is listed on our Credit Repair and Pricing pages.
Is identity-theft monitoring included in my plan?
Identity-theft monitoring (such as LifeLock) is available as an optional third-party add-on and is not included in the base price of either plan.
Can I cancel my enrollment?
Yes. Cancellation terms are provided in your enrollment agreement. Contact our team directly with any questions about your specific enrollment.
Capstone Consulting Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Credit repair results vary and are not guaranteed. Availability may vary by state and service.
Life Insurance Questions
What types of life insurance does Capstone help with?
We help clients explore term life, whole life, universal life, indexed universal life (IUL), final expense coverage, and mortgage/family protection strategies. Product availability depends on licensing, carrier appointment, and your state.
Do I need a medical exam to get coverage?
It depends on the product and carrier. Some policies require underwriting that may include a medical exam or health questionnaire, while others are simplified-issue products. We'll walk you through what applies to the options you're considering.
Is Indexed Universal Life (IUL) an investment?
No. IUL is a permanent life insurance product with a cash-value component linked to an index. It is an insurance product, not an investment, and is never marketed or presented as a guaranteed investment return.
Are you licensed in my state?
Life insurance guidance is offered subject to state licensing and carrier appointment, which vary. Our current licensing details are provided on our Life Insurance page and will be confirmed with you directly.
How much does life insurance coverage cost?
Cost depends on the type of policy, coverage amount, your age and health, and the carrier's underwriting. We do not publish blanket rates because every quote is individualized — schedule a consultation to discuss options suited to your budget.
Life insurance products are offered subject to state licensing and carrier appointment. Availability, rates, and product features vary by carrier, state, and individual underwriting outcomes. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of coverage, rate, or approval.
